Terms and Conditions

The following text is a framework for the upcoming terms and conditions. The binding wording will be published after approval by the provider and confirmed by the client upon ordering.

This translation is for informational purposes only. The Slovak version of the document is binding.

1. Subject of the service

The provider offers the client an address for the company's registered office or place of business in the chosen location and agreed related services within the scope of the selected package. The service is not a continuous office rental or a permit for operation.

2. Order and price

The client chooses a location and a package. Before binding confirmation, they see the scope of services and the total subscription price for 12 months. Prices are shown as final; the provider is not a VAT payer.

3. Payment and address disclosure

The service is paid for by bank transfer or QR payment. The exact registered office address will be made available to the client in their private account only after receipt and pairing of the full payment is confirmed. Simply initiating the transfer is not considered a confirmed payment.

4. Documents for registration

After confirmed payment, the provider will ensure a duly issued original of the consent or confirmation for the purpose of establishing a company or changing its registered office. Submission to the relevant register is not included in the package price.

5. Mail handling

The provider records delivered letter mail and notifies the client about it. Opening and scanning of content is carried out based on the client's authorization and instruction. The scope of included actions, storage duration, and fees beyond the package are determined by the price list.

6. Duration and Extension

The service is provided for an agreed period. Before its expiration, the provider will notify the client and submit an offer for the next period. The terms of termination and related change of registered office will be governed by the contract.

7. Responsibility and Compliance

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and for the compliance of their activities with legal regulations. The provider may refuse or terminate the service if conditions are violated or if activities are incompatible with the nature of the service.

The provider is not a VAT payer; prices shown are final.
