Identification and contact details of the ordering party and the company, data required for client verification, order and payment data, record of delivered consignments, and to the extent of your instruction, scans of their content.

Performance of contract when providing the service, fulfillment of legal obligations for record-keeping and archiving, legitimate interest in ensuring operation and protection against misuse, and consent for marketing communication.
How long we retain data
For the duration of the service and subsequently for the legally required period for documents and contractual documentation. Scans and records of consignments are retained according to the agreed storage period and your account settings.
To whom we disclose data
To providers of technical support for the service, accounting, and delivery, to the extent necessary for them to perform their tasks. Employee access to mail content is restricted according to their authorizations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent. You can also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
